The Big D lights up Wed & Sat nights! Hit the new Terrain Park or cruise under the lights—there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy night skiing.

Whether you’re a park rider or not, there’ll be plenty of space for confident skiers and snowboarders to enjoy night skiing with family and friends at Hotham. Night riding sessions will be held on Saturdays and Wednesdays at the Big D throughout the season. Make sure to check our Lifts and Terrain page as sessions can be subject to weather and terrain access.

We offer a discounted night skiing price for guest who have a valid lift ticket for the same day. The discount will be applied when you assign the night skiing product during the checkout process.
Please note that the purchase of the night skiing ticket must be made after the completion of your lift ticket in a seperate transaction - the discount will be applied once you assign the night skiing ticket to the guest with the qualifying ticket.
Night Skiing at the Big D is not appropriate for First Timer skiers and snowboarders.
To ensure a safe and fun experience, the number of Night Skiing tickets available will be limited and may sell out.
Lift tickets are non-transferable, must only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must not be resold, transferred or altered in any manner.
